We could not be happier with the service we received from Andrew, our technician from Sumrall. He determined we had a gas pressure problem and we had to call out the gas company. His part was done but he stayed and actually helped out making sure the heater was working until after the gas company left. He went above and beyond what was required. I cannot speak highly enough of Sumrall Air Conditioning.

He shows up the day he said with new parts, very professional takes care of the problem. That is why I asked if they have a yrly maintenance agreement and I am thankful they do! Sumrall Air Conditioning owner Chris Metreyeon and his technicians Luke and Jordon installed a TRANE A/C unit into my home. The bidding process was straight forward. Luke and Jordon showed up on time and described in detail everything they were going to do. Chris ensured that I was satisfied with the work and explained how the entire system works. I found the Sumrall Team to be very professional. They removed the old unit and left the work space clean and tidy. Additionally, scheduling a "tune-up" was incredible easy thanks to Courtney. She made sure I knew when the technician would show up and if there were any delays. Courtney sets up the entire experience to be stressless. Overall, the service and value is excellent. Called to get a quote on new A/C and furnace. Chris came out and went over all of the pros and cons to the different brands and seer ratings. Went into the attic and checked my old system to make sure things he was promising could be delivered. Technicians were great.
