ICM Air Conditioning

Company has very poor management. Reported a employee vehicle of theirs driving wrecklessly and running stop signs. I reached out to main office, Joshua Mock responded back saying they terminated the individual by the name of Ralph that was driving wrecklessly. But I saw Mr. Ralph the following week on the same route in his company vehicle Mr. Mock is a liar and does not take matters like this seriously.

Excellent service. They came quickly, they explained the entire process to me, they cleaned up their mess (and some of ours!), and they followed up. Odell and Corey are the two gentlemen I dealt with directly and I cannot sing their praises enough! Cheers!

Fantastic group of people. From sales to service. Had a new Goodman unit installed to replace 24 year old Goodman unit that didn't survive flood. Mark has taken care of all the tweaking and details. Service guys and installation guys are top notch. This company is the definition of customer service. Highly recommend. I am 100 percent that they actually care and that is a rarity nowadays.

Company Quit our job without explanation. Tim Berman Hung up on me when trying to find out what happened. He blamed it on the owner of the company. Then hung up on me.
