My AC unit broke and I called these guys, they were able to make it out to my house that same afternoon and spent a considerable amount of time troubleshooting (4+ hours) and when additional help was needed, the more senior technician showed up to help. I appreciated their dedication to figuring out exactly what was the problem and then the price for the new part was very reasonable and installed very quickly. Despite the long troubleshooting visit they have a fixed diagnostic cost so it was extremely well priced. I would recommend these guys! They're so nice and knowledgeable.

This is a great company! They installed a Generac generator system for us after Hurricane Harvey and we've had great customer service from American Air Systems. Money well spent!

Best level of service I have received in a long time. I sent a note via the website in the middle of the night. Someone from the office contacted at 8 am and had a technician to my house by 10am. The technical was very knowledgable and courteous. He performed a full review of my internal and external A/C system. I was very happy with the service and will be using American Air System again!

Called to purchase 2 Generac Generators. Very pleasant young man came out to look at job sites and that’s where it ended. Over 6 weeks and still didn’t receive a quote. Was contacted by their rep twice to say we haven’t forgot you. But 6 weeks and not even a quote! Sorry.... not happy and nothing good to say other than Jade is a very pleasant young man.

I bought a Generac Generator through American Air Systems. They installed it in a timely manner and have been there every time I have a question. My neighbor called me when I was out of town to tell me my generator was running and the weather was fine. He thought there was a problem. I called American Air and they went and checked it out for me. Turns out I had lost a "leg" of electricity. I called the power company and the problem was taken care of by the time I got home. Love this company and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Potter and his staff are incredible. They have really gone above and beyond to help us out with the burner system on our food truck. The highest marks for this great local company. If I need and help with AC, or any service they provide for that matter, I know who to call and recommend!

Technicians were very nice and answered all my stupid questions about some of the technology involved. All work performed quickly and expertly. James and Jessica were always there to help. Great experience plus a free upgrade of a thermostat. Couldn't have been better.

American air is very professional, Jessica came to our home and explained what needed to be done to make our family comfortable in this heat. She took measurements and was very knowledgeable on what our needs were. She hand delivered the estimate back to our home after my wife and I discussed the amount and the appraisal we accepted. The next morning James's crew was here to start the process, after the work was completed james explained in detail how the system worked even checking the new system's pressures to make sure everything was right. James and brett did the installation as if it were there personal family they were taking care of. Thank you james and Brett and Jessica and the staff at American air. We are very happy with the work and the cost.
