All Around Service & Maintenance

This company install a brand new carrier unit on a home for my elderly father who has been in and out of hospice for the last few years. They came out months after installing the unit and told us there was a leak. They filled the unit up and never fixed the leak. This all happened in 2015. The contractor that hired them is now out of business so it took sometime to find out who originally installed the unit. Now all of a sudden there is no record of them servicing the unit at all after the install and there is a $89 fee for them to come tell me again there is a leak. Then another charge for them to fix what they didnt fix whe. It was under warranty. First they tell me it is now different works so it has to be diagnosis again. Then she tell me the boss said he did it his self and he would not give me false information. They knew then my father was ill because it was the only was I could get them to come out because they where sooooo backed up. They clearly took advantage of the situation.

They installed my unit. Called them on a Sat, they came out within about a hour and half. Had my unit up and running in about 45 mins. The tech was very professional. I would recommend this company.

Our AC went out late in the day, it was hot. The technician came after hours and we were up and running in no time. He was very friendly and professional. Thanks All Around!
