All Around Service & Maintenance

Have used All Around a couple times and always very accommodating with work schedule and Jason does a great job and explains the issue and repairs are done quickly. From office to technicians, they are a great company to do business with!

My repairman Jon Leon was awesome. He came sooner than expected and was very professional. Because it was a weekend I didn’t know what to expect service wise. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and didn’t seem to mind my questions. Though it was a little expensive, it was explained before arrival so was expected because of the weekend. Overall job was great and I would definitely recommend this company and especially Jon.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. We had an AC issue after hours on a Friday night, who came through like no other AC business? All Around AC did. Service tech, John Leon was at our house 15 minutes after calling in. He diagnosed the issue, repaired the issue, and fully explained the whole process to me. Very professional, very knowledgeable, an experience that you don’t get very often. Highly recommend this company, whether it’s a brand new unit you’re needing, repair of any issues, or service. No doubt, the very best AC company in the Golden Triangle-

From the start, Jon informed us the choices we had and what that would entail. He made us feel comfortable in the decision making process. He and his crew showed up on time and worked well together. He was a professional in keeping us tuned to what was going on and showing us the problems that our old unit had. Cleaned up area and if we have any questions or problems to let him know. He set us at ease so that we can sit back and enjoy our heat pump.

From calling to make the appointment, to the completion of services, I was happy with every point of contact with All Around Air. They were able to get a technician to my house on the same day that I called for service. With prior services from another company, I had to wait a week before they came out. When Jon Leon arrived to my home for the initial assessment, he was very professional, personable, and funny. He had a great spirit and I felt confident with his knowledge and ability to do his job and resolve our A/C issues. He clearly communicated every step, timeframe and expectation of completing the job without any surprises in service or price. The parts for our work order arrived late but Jon made it a priority to complete the job on his way home (even after his shift was already over) - when he could have easily put it off until the next day. We're grateful that our comfort was of the highest concern to him and was reflected in how he provided such excellent customer service. Should we require HVAC services in the future, All Around Air will be the call that we make and our request will be to welcome to Jon back to our home.

John Leon was the latest technician to visit. Like all the others, he was excellent. He stayed as long as I needed, answered questions, and advised me the equipment, cost, etc. The folks are prompt. They notify you. They are friendly. And they treat you very well. I'll stick with them.

Jon came by and evaluated my unit. He quickly identified the problem and the currently resolving it.

He showed me what was wrong and explained thoroughly was needed to benl done to repair out unit.

He also inquired whether the part was still under warranty and it was. That saved us lots of $$$$$.
