Response time to correct a problem I was having with my system was great, service technician John Leon was very professional and knowledgeable in the repairing the problem. He stayed to insure the system was functioning properly before leaving.

Like all other A/C companies they were backed up due to the summer heat, so it took until the next late afternoon for a service tech to come out, but he actually showed up earlier than I expected. The tech, John, diagnosed the problem very quickly and it was a very inexpensive repair. He was professional and courteous and took the time to explain the problem and how I could prevent the problem from occurring again.
