    Got a plumber out the same day I called in. She fixed the toilet problem in a timely manner and kept me apprised of everything she found while working. Very happy with their service. Follow up service two days later was great, got everything completed and I'm very happy with the results.

    Jonas with Stan's Heating, Air & Plumbing installed a new kitchen faucet and dishwasher for us. Due to the conditions present in our kitchen, the dishwasher ended up being a complicated and time-consuming installation. Jonas remained pleasant, courteous, and focused throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory installation. We highly recommend Stan's Heating, Air & Plumbing because of Jonas' outstanding efforts on our project.

    My AC went down in the middle of a Texas heat wave with severe heat warning in effect. The upstairs unit went out, so we were not able to sleep in any of the upstairs bedrooms. The situation was pretty urgent when Stans came out to assess the situation.

    The technician told us the fan motor was frozen and that the entire unit had to be replaced for $10,000. He also said the coolant was no longer serviceable, so he just left without even opening the unit or looking any further into it.

    The next day I had another guy come out from Austin Air. He was able to get the unit back up and running in 20 minutes. He told me the units had a good 10 years left him, and that the coolant was very high-quality, and that it he just uses an additive. Total bill $500.

    So Stsns really let me down. If I had listened to them, it would’ve cost me 10k for no reason. Also, the technician miss diagnosed the problem and didn’t take the time to look into it further. He didn’t care that my AC was down in a severe heat warning, and showed no signs or interest in helping me.

    I was extremely disappointed in the service, and they really left me hanging in a desperate situation. I would never consider using this company ever again.

    We were having issues with our A/C cutting out in April. Contacted on a Monday, they had someone out on Tuesday. I had read up on possible issues in between, to have an idea of what could be going on. The technician (Chris) that came out was very knowledgeable, respectful, answered the countless questions I had regarding the service, and general HVAC/AC concerns. He was quick and efficient, gave us many tips on what we should do to maintain the unit, what to expect next, as well as making a point to check in one more time before leaving to see if I had thought of any other questions. He even took the time to explain to me, in general understandable terms how everything worked, and pointed out what each part in our closet actually did. I really appreciated him taking the time to educate me, and his patience for my generally inquisitive nature.

We received notice he was on his way and within two minutes he was at my front door. Thank you, for addressing my issue in such a timely manner.

    Air conditioner repair, fast, efficient, lucky me. Of course seemingly expensive but normal I guess in todays world. Will say again easy to deal with. Called at 8 am repaired by 9:45am. Promised a tech between 11am and 3pm. Reasonable and I got lucky. The tech knew what it was immediately done and gone in 20 minutes
