I’m very happy with the service Christopher provided to get my ac cooling. He came within the time frame given and was courteous, friendly and worked efficiently. He also helped me corral my puppy who took the opportunity to escape into the front yard! Thank you for the great service.
Stan’s was absolutely wonderful. Our technician, Michael L., was hands down amazing. He was quick to do the maintenance on my HVAC and thoroughly explained everything to me of what he did, the condition of the HVAC, and going forward what I need or might need. Overall was a wonderful experience and I will be highly recommending them to everyone I know.
Work was done beautifully, the person who came quickly after requested was very sweet, friendly and achieved all challenges he faced in the task. He made our day.His name was Michael and he was very professional and knowledgeable, very good kid. Thank you Stan's!
We were very pleased. Actually, we got six bids, two from small installation businesses and also Costco (they use ABC to install). Not only was our bid better, so was our initial bid experience prior to install. We also chose to get Stan's to do attic insulation (though declined the other package of same price to "weatherstrip doors....-- even with City rebate as we did not need these things). Our sales person was David Renault who was quite patient, pleasant, and helpful during the process (we asked lots of questions and changed our minds on a couple of things). I would highly recommend you ask for him specifically. We also added a new duct to main bedroom since it had never cooled adequately with how builder designed things. Another thing: sometimes people make "mistakes" and it is important how things are rectified. During the installation, one of the workmen broke bottom rungs from the pull down attic stair (I guess the weight of the guys and taking up the equipment). This happened on Friday late afternoon. On Monday, a contractor sent out by Stan's was checking the broken stairs. Then, he went out and got us a brand new attic stairs (better than what we had originally), installed, replaced the trim and painted the trim. All done by afternoon on Monday! We had the "City inspection" done today, and all perfect. (one small vendor did not want any "City inspection" and even one big company checked for "no City inspection" to be done). And, I would definitely recommend that a homeowner hang around while work being done. I'm not sure the broken stairs would have gone as well if we had just left it to the installers to mention this to us (they did not, but my husband noticed and immediately called our salesperson).
I wasn’t home at the time of initial inspection but trusted that professionals would not just try and up-charge me unnecessarily. It’s unfortunate but after agreeing to have a new part installed I forced them to give me the old part backs. I questioned why a new part was so necessary when in reality all we needed were new screws. The installer even agreed with me. $500 late my problem could have been solved with a $0.35 screw.
Stan's installed my HVAC several years ago. The unit has been very reliable and the company reps are exceptional. Yesterday (Friday) afternoon I called for service. I needed the line flushed due to a clog. They came out first thing this morning (Saturday), checked everything out, flushed the line and were done within 30-40 minutes. I was even able to take advantage of an internet coupon that I found on my phone! This is a GREAT company and I highly recommend them.
Bought 2 new Carrier Infinity systems from Stans 2 years ago….not cheap. Had a blower motor go out on one already, they were slow to respond and repair. The technician was wonderful, the management not so much. Plus i had to pay $800 in service and labor fees since only the 2yr old blower motor was covered by warranty. Took the tech about 45 mins to replace for the quoted $680 labor………….
We purchased a mini-split system from Texas A/C, which was later purchased by Stan's. When we had some issues with the Daikin unit a few years after install we thought there would be some issues since the company was purchased and had changed names. But ultimately after some conversation and finding the old records, Stan's replaced the part (3 hour two person job) with no charge for parts or labor. We really appreciated that they covered the work done by the company they bought.
We are signed up for both the HVAC and plumbing Gold Service plans. We find it valuable to ensure we can stay on top of maintenance and value that we can plan for needs based on the inspection reports. The discounts for additional services are great and end up saving money. The staff is professional and friendly too.

Another superb service by Stan's Heating, Air & Plumbing. The best technician I ever dealt with, Mr. Price Taggart. Would rate the service 6/5!
