    Everyone we have worked with from Stan's has always been great. They service many of our neighbors as well! Efrain and Walker were wonderful coming out to pinpoint the issue with our old unit, John did a great job advising us what unit would be best to replace our old (unfortunately unrepairable) unit with, and Reuben and George did a quick and amazing job installing our new unit on short notice. From the first visit to having a new system installed we were fully taken care of in just 4 business days. We really appreciate how professional and responsive they have been and would highly recommend.

    I called this morning, and Steve arrived before noon. He was so helpful, kind and considerate, and did excellent work. He made me feel very confident in how he put in and set up my new water softener. He explained, in terms I could understand, how it works. He took care at every step. He was very courteous and clearly knows what he is doing. I would recommend him and Stan's to anyone.

    I called Stan’s on a Sunday morning of a holiday weekend, because my AC had gone out during the night. The temperatures were going to be approaching 100 later in the day. They were able to send someone right away, within a couple of hours, and he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. My AC is working perfectly again. They were the only company out of the 11 I called that was able to get me on their schedule right away. I highly recommend them.

    All phases of the replacement of a 3-ton AC unit was exceptional. The price and quality of this installation was outstanding. Kudos are offered for the price quotation and installers expertise. One should always give Stan's an opportunity to bid your AC job.

    I called in on the weekend and they had someone out the same day, no extra weekend charge or anything! My AC was not working at all and Alex got my system up and running in no time at all! Thanks for the great service, will definitely be calling you guys if I have any other issues at all!

    I called Stan's to repair a broken AC drain line. I've used them in the past for plumbing work and was very pleased with their tech's way of solving plumbing issues. Walker was awesome! He called me to say he was running late and he would be at my house within 5 minutes. He came out and fixed the drain line quickly, but carefully. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and quite energetic (despite the high heat index). He answered all the questions I had about the operation of my heat pump. Very hands on. This is the kind of guy I would want to work for me if I owned an HVAC company. Bravo Stan's for employing this wonderful tech! I'm VERY pleased.

    I recently hired Stan’s to replace the damper for my ac. Big mistake! Before the work was done, I spoke to Steve in the parts dept and he said that normally the job was only $525 but they would have to charge me $175 extra because the damper was in a difficult location to get to. He said it would be a 1-2 hour job. Fair enough. However, when the technician arrived he was done and gone in under half an hour. Huh?? What exactly did I pay an extra $175 for? Is it normally a 15 minute job?? Not likely. They know how bad the heat is this summer and are gouging their customers just because they can.

    I can't say enough good things about my experience with Stan's. Our A/C went out last night, so I called at 6:45 am this morning and there was someone to take calls, which most companies do not. Someone called me back within 30 minutes and told me a technician could be here between 9 and 1. The rep called me back about 9:15 to let me know tech was on the way and he arrived about 15 minutes later. Within 15 minutes he had diagnosed and fixed the issue for a VERY reasonable charge. The customer service and prompt service from the technician was truly amazing. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them for any needed services in the future.
