Felix helped service at least 40 A/C units at our property this year primarily in the summer after we struggled to identify / resolve issues with our primary technicians and vendors. He also charges a fair price for the work that he does. The best feedback I can share is that he takes the time to explain the issues we were facing in detail and he included those details on each invoice.

So glad we got Felix to help us. We had a pretty complicated design that we needed installed in our new house. Felix was very knowledgable about the Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system.

Felix is the man. When everyone else was quoting me 3+ days to get to my house, he came in 30 minutes. He knows his stuff and had everything he needed on his truck- will 100% be using him again when the time comes
