He explained the problems he found (I am that person that needs to understand everything) and provided quick remediation. His work comes with a guarantee. Can't say enough good things about how he repaired a 25 year old Trane single stage hvac instead of trying to sell me a new unit. He did so well...I referred him to our neighbors who were having issues on their 4 year old HVAC. He repaired their unit as well...cleaning up the mess the previous HVAC contractor made when they initially installed the unit.
