My AC wasn’t cooling the house properly, and after trying to troubleshoot it ourselves, we gave up and called FrostyMist. Felix arrived 30 minutes after I called him on a Sunday morning. He mentioned his price over the phone, which was much appreciated and reasonable. After inspecting my AC, he quickly installed the faulty capacitor and even cleaned the drain line. Bonus was that he taught us how to clean the drain line on our own in the future! I consider Felix to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced so I am recommending him to my neighbors as well.

Called Felix at 8:30a on a Sunday and he was here 3 hours later clearing out the drain lines and performed maintenance on the outside compressor. He was kind and professional the entire time here. I highly recommend FrostyMist to anyone who needs service on their HVAC. Will be contracting him to do additional work on my system.

Felix is the best! Our tenants AC went out when it was 90+ degrees outside on a Sunday evening (Mother's Day)! He arrived within 30 minutes of my urgent request, fixed the problem all while loving on my tenants’ dogs. He is professional, reasonably priced, and efficient. So glad we found him.

Felix is the most knowledgeable HVAC professional in the greater Austin area. Incredibly thorough, timely and goes above and beyond to future-proof the AC system. He also provides layperson explanations and he helped me out on a Sunday and saved us a ton of money and thanks to him our AC was back up and running perfectly in just a couple of hours. He has helped me in multiple instances with multiple homes, communicates well, let's you know what is going on through the process and has electronic billing! Felix did an excellent job for me after a call to him on the weekend. He did a professional installation of a new A/C and heating system.
He did some additional repairs and installed some new grills and other small items for free.
