This is by far one of the most responsive companies I’ve dealt with in the Austin area, as I have been working hard to complete my home improvement list for this year. I received three separate quotes with very different numbers for a new ductless HVAC system, which left me confused and frustrated. However, Nitric Heating & Air not only had an excellent price but was able to schedule me weeks sooner than the other companies I had called. Excellent experience all around.

Based on the fair price and professional, respectful way in which they presented the proposal, we changed it from a quote to an invoice.
