I would've liked to have received a hard copy of the checklist that was used in the preventive maintenance procedure to include the assessment findings and any notes on the items that were checked.

11 1/2 months ago, All-Year installed a new system. Then on the eve of the condensate pump warranty, the pump failed. All-Year showed up on time the next day, fixed it, apologized for the failure, and charged me nothing! No paperwork or hassle of any kind! That's what I call customer-oriented service!

Continued no-shows, no one answers the phone, guys come out and leave before knowing that the problem is not fixed. No worries; it's only 102 here.
The "response" from the business that showed up when I wrote this is dated "8 months ago" but I just now wrote the review.

After several attempts at service calls, Danny was here today and very professional. He had some good advice for me for the upkeep of my HVAC unit between maintenance.

All Year was recommended years ago when we were replacing our entire system. They come by twice a year to inspect and maintain the system and they’ve never let me down. Worth having a good HVAC company here with our weather extremes.

All year installed our unit 8 years ago and we have them maintain our unit twice a year. We like them so much that we have two neighbors, upon our suggestion, that also had new units installed with All Year. Timely, friendly, helpful and professional. I give All Year a two thumbs up.
