Called on Saturday am. They got back to me quickly and repair man came right away. Far exceeded expectations.

Company tried to get out a repair man asap. He came at 8 PM to repair AC compressor which had caught fire. Repair man re-wired all the scorched wiring and got AC back on-line. So far AC working normal.
