Derek came to do maintenance on our HVAC system and to investigate dripping from the drainpipe in our eaves. He was super friendly, professional, and very thorough in his service. He resolved the drainage issue we were having and ensured everything else with our system was in full working condition. He made a few suggestions for the future care of our system, and in doing so was informative but not pushy. I would not hesitate to use All Year again, and in fact, signed up for their maintenance subscription program.

Our AC stopped blowing cold and it was 3pm in the afternoon. I called several companies but this team was the only one able to get me in same day. Lucas arrived around 5:30pm and was professional, kind and courteous. Very informative and never pushed me to purchase anything. Just provided information. Derek did an excellent job tracking down the cause of an odd noise: a small lizard that had crawled into one of our units. I’m checking the units he found them in excellent condition except for some mold on the box above the larger unit. So today Spencer and Devon removed they box an installed a new one. All 3 men worke well and efficiently showing graciousness, courtesy and kindness as they worked. We are pleased and grateful to have had their help .

After my 11 year old Trane HVAC unit went out, another company told me the unit had been improperly installed, was the wrong size for my house, and as a result, could not be fixed. They said I needed a brand new unit for $15,000 - or $25,000 with interest if I had to pay it out. I called All Year to get a second opinion and after 45 minutes, they told me I just needed a new fan blower motor ($2700), but the rest of my system was in quite good shape. My system is once again working beautifully.

They install my thermostat incorrectly and then wanted me to pay 900$ for a part that wasn't broken......This summer had this company install a smart thermostat by Honeywell ( A well known company) Due to the age of my system a C wire had to be added, so I could not self install. Initially I believe the system was working for heating and cooling.
During the first cold spell I noticed the house wasn't heating. I called the company out to check the installation and the system.
The first technician walked in, looked at the unit and left without saying a word to me. I had to call back an have another technician sent out. It took another 2 days without heat to get someone to look at the unit. The next technician looks at the thermostat and furnace. I am informed that it needs a part he's going out to van to make some call. He leaves again without a word and leaves the system completely off. I call the office and they inform me of the issue and they should be sending me a quote for the cost to fix the issue. 900$( which I had to call multiple times to get the quote to repair. My handyman takes a look and tells me nothing is wrong with the unit the Thermostat is just installed wrong. I call another HVAC company they reinstalled the unit ..Everything works fine now!. Their technicians don't know what they are doing and they are non-responsive and rude. I am requesting a refund for the installation of the original unit.

I had used All Year for 26 years and had been very pleased with their service. Then the were bought out. About 2.5 months ago I had an issue with my air conditioner cutting off. They returned time and again and didn’t fix it. They only reset it. Then they replaced my $1,100 thermostat and it worked for one day. I called on a Friday evening when I came home and it wasn’t working AGAIN. They didn’t return my call until Monday even though it was over 100 degrees outside. By that time I had called another company. They diagnosed the issue, ordered a part, and had it repaired within 3days. It’s been working ever since. It’s very sad that a company to which I was loyal and had been so good will never see any business from me again.

Have been a customer for 12 years. HVAC technician services have been consistently excellent as have the front-office managers. The relatively new automated scheduling system and the automated appointment notification system not so much....appear to be out of synch, showing different appointment start times and messaging. I also miss the until- recent ability to request and receive a "first in the morning" appointment as opposed to the current four-hour window. On balance, for me, the history of excellent service continues to outweigh the more recent scheduling difficulties.

We used All Year with the previous owners of the company with great results. Unfortunately they sold the business. We needed some help recently and the new group fell seriously short on so many levels. Misdiagnosis, canceled service calls, system resets until the problem returns. It usually takes a week to get someone out. This has been going on since February so our loyalty has run its course. I hope they get it together, but we can no longer wait All Year to get our AC repaired.
