Brian came out to give me an estimate on an air conditioner and to see if they could get my old air conditioner up and running. Unfortunately my old air conditioner was beyond repair. He said they would do whatever they could to get my new air conditioner installed as soon as possible. This was on a Friday it was installed on Monday! A huge thank you to all of you for working diligently to get my house cool again. Bring on Summer!

The tech that came out Charles was excellent! He exhibits a great attitude and work ethic. He noticed I had been sent filters of incorrect width for my system and made the call to get this corrected at no cost to me. I truly appreciate this level of customer service!

I called them to get an appointment and was told by a male that they would arrive in 4 hours. Four hours later, I called back and the lady that answered said that she would have the technician call me with an ETA. I never got a phone call from either one of them and nobody showed up to my location. Terrible customer service.
