Mr. Pebb is professional and timely. He has no problem explaining services needed and what has to be done to complete services. He goes over everything that has been done and will not leave until he is satisfied and the customer is satisfied.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! He did a job at my parent's house and the A.C. isn't working as I type this now. It's had to be fixed twice and the other repair people said he put the unit in backwards, didnt change the pan, he left the old unit in the attic and wouldnt remove it. My parents paid for a heat pump to be installed and he didnt even do that. Current repair people said Pebb put the cheapest unit there is in my parent's house. He stopped answering or returning phone calls. DEFINITELY BEWARE OF THIS RIPOFF ARTIST!!!!!!
