    I don’t normally do reviews but I had to after the service I received from Monica and Williams Home Maintenance. They came out the same day and fixed my air conditioning. The tech was Professional, Nice and really cared. I even signed up for the maintenance agreement. So I won’t have to worry about my air-conditioning anymore. I know I’m in good hands. Thanks Williams Home Maintenance. I would recommend them to anyone.

    William's has been doing major maintenance at my home for 10 plus years. They have replaced and maintained ac units and water heaters as well as smaller plumbing and electrical repairs and updates. This work has all been professionally accomplished.
    I highly recommend their services.

    I've been using Williams Home Maintenance, Inc for almost 20 years and find that they have always been professional, responsive, on time and their work is good quality. I would recommend them to others. I have not used them recently due to the coronavirus pandemic, but need to schedule their services as soon as the pandemic clears.

    We have used Eilliams for well over 25 years for all our home maintenance needs. I always felt that their service techs were very qualified and strove to do their best for clients. The past few years, however, there was a growing feeling that selling something or offering unneeded upgrades or repairs was more important than integrity. It didn’t used to be that way. I suspect that times have changed and this is the way of most repair places, but I lost enthusiasm for recommending Williams because of that.

    I have been a customer for over 10 years. My unit stopped cooling. The repairman came out and told me that it would take at least $3,000 to repair the unit but he recommended a new unit. He quoted me the lowest unit $14,400 no interest. I kept getting calls to sign the loan papers. I got 3 other quotes and the unit was repaired for $600. Everyone couldn't figure out what lower end unit they could sell me for $14,400. All the other AC companies were discussed with Williams Home Maintenance for trying to get $14,000 from a long time customer. I'm very disappointed that they can try to gouge a long time customer. My business with them is done. I DO NOT recommend trusting them.

    What a great organization. I had to set up a service call for a client who has a service contract for his heat and air. I expected it to be a bit of a hassle. I called and got Monica. She knew my client by name, as soon as I gave her the address. She was so pleasant, set up the call and sent a tech. The tech spent a couple of hours checking out the units . Did not "recommend" any additional services that were NOT covered , just checked units thoroughly, cleaned and replaced filters, let units run to ensure they were in working, and said all covered under my clients home warranty . Sad to say , I do not really expect great service anymore, but these folks delivered.I will be using them for my own service in the future. Very impressed with the professionalism through the entire process. Monica also explained what was covered and what would not be covered on the initial call. Time consuming for her , but nice to know this info BEFORE the tech comes, and hands you a surprise invoice . Companies who do business like this , deserve to be recognized and patronized . As a norm , I wont post bad reviews , because all companies, have bad days and it hurts the employees who many times have no control over policy so I address less publicly, but when I get really good service, I do my best to make it known!

    Never is my life have I come across a company like Williams Home Maintenance. Their service and quality is second to none. They actually listen to you and help to solve your problem in a prompt and professional manner. Recently they installed all new high efficiency heat/ac system(3 units). My home has never felt more comfortable, my utility costs have decreased significantly and they helped me get a $1000 rebate with my electric company to help pay for it. Amazing company, better people.

    We Love Williams Home Maintenance!!!! They do excellent work and are always on time...we have been using them for years. We had a rental property and used them for all repairs over there as well...in fact once there was a slight problem with one of the workers and the tenant and the owner (Jerry) not only fixed the problem but gave us a full refund!!!
    Williams is the only company for us...

    We used the company before for installing and replacing our furnace and complete ac system. We got excellent service from them. Our shower abruptly stopped draining and water was backing up. Happened on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by the quick response time. Once again we got friendly professional service and affordable too!

    Have been using Williams Home Maintenance for home repairs for over 35 years, but that may have changed after this weekend 's experience. We discovered our food disposal was leaking water from under the sink and we needed immediate repair. As usual we called Williams Home Maintenance for help. Being a Saturday morning we were told there would be an "emergency call service fee" of $134 just for them to come to our home and check it out. Because of a previously planned weekend family gathering we reluctantly agreed.

    The very polite repairman soon arrived and said the disposal was dead and would have to be replaced to which we agreed. He proceeded to replace the 1/3 HP Badger disposal unit (costing $84 at Home Depot) with a new one in less than an hour. The total bill, including service call, the new disposal, and installation, was $581, which means just the service call and installation costs' were a somewhat ridiculous $500.

    It is my understanding Mr. Williams sold his business several years ago and the new owners retained the name of the company. Again, I should point out that the new ownership was very upfront in telling us what the charges would be for installing a new disposal and we agreed. So "shame on us" for not shopping around.
