I went in on a Sunday morning right at opening looking for a particular item. I was greeted by several people upon entering the store. A young man asked if I needed assistance. I showed him a picture of what I was looking for and he pointed me in the exact location immediately. I got what I needed and checked out in about 2 minutes. Good service that the bigger home improvement stores can’t match.

If you’re going to watch for theft follow everyone around not certain races or people that look a certain way. People in business suits steal from people everyday!!!

OMG! when all the over priced home improvement stores did not have what i needed Ace saved my day. thought i knew what i needed but Britney ( totally awesome, knowledgeable and friendly ) showed me what i did need. i want to give 10 stars just because of her. thank you Britney. Ace IS the place!

It is a typical small hardware store. No problems there.

Bought an acorn picker upper device from here and asked if I could take it back if it didn’t work. Manager said it would be fine to bring it back so long as I still had the receipt. Awesome workers and team here, and it has so many things! The acorn picker worked incredible by the way

Steve went above & beyond in helping me with electric needs. He showed me what was needed and explained it well.
I really like that the store is so clean and employees are friendly and helpful.
