Great company, great people. I really don't like dealing with most companies, but Adon is an exception. We went from window units to a full HVAC, Heat Pump, Vent Rough In, and Thermostat install. Install team knocked it out in one day.

They will work with you. Service and being treated like a human being are not a thing of the past. If you're on the fence about choosing a company to help you, choose Adon Complete.

Coby Burton was very pleasant, knowledgeable and as I see it, very thorough. He gave me confidence on what he performed, and also the status of my air conditioning system. I thank him for his service and your company will be highly recommended by me in the future.

Called and informed them what was wrong. They sent a tech out almost immediately along with text giving me background info and some details about the tech. Which I initially found impressive. He got here at 11am
It wasn't until the 2 hour mark that I decided it was ridiculous. It was a clogged drain that, in the end, took him 5 minutes to fix.
He messed around outside for about 5 minutes. Then he was in the closet for 10 minutes. Then he sat in his van talking to his supervisor about giving me an estimate on a new unit from 11:15am until 12 on the dot. Got out of his van. Walked around the front to the passenger side. Stopped. Walked back the entirety of the van back to the passenger side and opened the door and got nothing out. He then walked back to the driver's side and got in and sat another 5 minutes. Then disappeared into the upstairs closet for 10 or 15 minutes. Then back out to the van for his measuring tape.
It wasn't until I went up there did he decide to start telling me what was up and it was still another 40 minutes before he finished.
$300 for a drain clean.
NEVER AGAIN. SHADY.
They did try to push a new unit.

I wasn't sure what to think when I saw how highly rated Adon is, but after booking an appointment with them to get a quote on some service I have to say I'm thoroughly impressed. They went above and beyond and took the time to explain everything they were doing, what was going on with my AC and make recommendations and repairs that will keep our ac happy and working for a long time yet. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I received.

If you need some help with your ac/heater definitely give them a call, you won't regret it. They earned every one of their 5 stars and then some.

My A/C went out this morning called many companies, one showed up but ghosted me others were not available till mid week so I decided to contact Adon and for now on if my a/c has issues i will def reach back out to them! Service was excellent and the gentleman who came to fix my unit was very professional. Fast service and showed up within an hr after contacting their office! Thank you guys!
