Adon has serviced several items on our home, from AC Check ups and repairs to cleaning out the dryer vent inside the walls. They’re always prompt, on time and professional. Jesse runs a tight ship and out tech, Frank, has been exceptional. We get a text reminder before he comes. He send a pic with it so we know it’s him when he gets to the door. Friendly, well dressed and courteous service at a competitor price. Other companies should copy your model. I’m so glad we found you. Thanks for showing your clients how much you care. Frank was one of the most friendly and professional service people I have ever seen. He listened, he was thorough, and he quickly found the problem another company had missed. The prices were fair and reasonable -- with none of the "per hour" diagnostic charges I've seen at other places. I highly recommend this company.

Jason showed up on Monday and went the extra mile for us. He took the time to walk me through and show me everything I needed know about our AC and the cooking in our house. I was so surprised at how quickly the new ductless unit I purchased was installed. The team was amazing. The unit is so quiet I didn’t even know that it was running. Our room was the coldest it has been in years. From the consultation to the install the experience was amazing.

I had Adon come out and all I can say is WOW! Extremely professional, honest and quality yet at a very fair price. You don’t find this type of business anywhere these days. Highly recommended and will always use them for all my AC and heating needs.

I called Adon when my original installer was sold and new company refused to honor my CoolCare 3rd party warranty I bought from them. Adon answered the phone at 7:30 on a Friday evening, explained they would make the repair, the warranty was transferable and they would work the details and get back to me soon. By Saturday AM, they had found the part and repair was made Monday afternoon. Communication was great through the entire process, keeping me up to date on the status or parts and ETA of technicians. The install technicians were also great, friendly and professional.
