Our heat pump / AC went out and it's 98 degrees outside. I called Adon and Jesse, the owner came to my house quickly to quote us on a new unit. He was very professional, courteous and spoke honestly and upfront about what Adon offers. After explaining the options and very reasonable prices, we sat and talked casually for quite some time. He's a good, compassionate person who really takes the time to get to know his customers and their family. You can really tell he loves what he does and that gives me a great peace of mind, knowing that his company is going to get us squared away right the first time. And if anything goes wrong down the road, they will only be a phone call away to honor their great warranty work.

I can’t say enough nice things about the group at Adon.

Saturday night our A/C blower motor went out (didn’t know that’s what it was at the time). Monday at 6 am I was on their website setting up a service call, received a tech out at the house by noon, diagnosed, part ordered, and they said they’d call me to set up an install as soon as it arrived. I received a call at 4 saying they could come out that evening and have it installed.

The speed, efficiency, and care that was shown by every single person I spoke to was excellent. As an added bonus, the technician (Lance) walked me through everything and how to improve air flow in the house by making some slight changes.

Adon and the team are excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, and it was an all around wonderful experience. Being without A/C during high 90s days was not fun but they handled every step in a way that didn’t add to the discomfort we were having.

An added bonus was that they offered a military discount. 🇺🇸

This is my second time using Adon and just like the first time, the experience was great. Our heater wasn't working, and they were able to fit me in same day. Their tech Jason showed up on time, even called 30 minutes prior and provided excellent service. He educated me on what he was work he was performing, didn't try to "up sell" me and gave me some tips on how to maintain my system. Highly recommend Adon for any HVAC issues you may be having.

The service technician had a great personality and seemed eager to help get the issue resolved. He was on time and even sent a text with his eta. The tech spent a total of 3 1/2 hrs on our unit. During the appointment it became apparent that someone was rushing him to complete my service call due to how much time was spent diagnosing the problem. The technician located a wire( through a big flash of light and pop) that wasn’t completely connected to the heat exchanger and wrapped it with electrical tape. The service call was cheap however stated because he spent so much time there working on the unit that the office would make him charge me more (at the very end of the call when it came time to pay) and charged me over $200 to “locate a short in the electrical system”. I was told I would receive a quote for the repairs which I have yet to see and my appointment was over 2 weeks ago now. For some reason the breaker had to have a zip tie wrapped around it which doesn’t allow my panel to close all the way. The technician told me to leave that breaker off and now I have no heat at all. Now I’m going to have to pay another company to come out and tell me exactly what is going on with the unit and what this technician did to it. Very disappointed given the fact that this company has had some great reviews and I based doing business with them based on this. Sadly this wasn’t my experience.
