Patrick heating & air conditioning

Saw one of their trucks and it reminded me that I should write a review. When we first moved into our house we had an issue with the upstairs heat pump. Patrick was recommended by the realtor. They came out and did a good job. A couple of weeks later we had a problem with the downstairs heat pump. They said it needed to be recharged so they did. a couple of days later it had leaked out all $800 of freon through the leak in the heat exchanger coil (which was the original problem). Asked for an estimate to replace both systems. After 10 days and no response from them called Gary's. Had an estimate that day and was totally replaced within a week. Finally got the estimate from Patrick about 3 weeks later. Don't waste your time with these guys. Call Gary's.

I live in an apartment but the complex hired these guys to come out and check my heat issues. Both were nice and fast. They fixed the issues I was having and an issue I didn’t know existed. I actually have heat in my living area now. After almost 4 years of being dismissed by the apartment complex as “that’s the way the heat works”. Thanks to the two came here and to the whole crew!

Oh man. They saved us! Levi came out on the weekend because there were issues going on with our HVAC. He was to our house promptly, a very kind and knowledgeable man, he took care of what was necessary to fix the issue. The weekend call out fee was reasonable, they did make me aware of this before showing up which is very appreciated! We will definitely only use them in the future.

Let me start by saying these guys are awesome. I had a big job that required changing out my main gas and water lines, along with installing a new water heater. What seemed like a big task for me, these guys were able to knock it out in just two days. Not only was the job done right but after collecting bids from over ten competitors, they were the fairest price out there. If your looking for honesty, integrity and quality work, these guys are all the above. Much appreciation to Jason who gave a fair quote and Rudy and David S. For all your hard work.

We’ve had two different electricians come to two different locations and have been extremely satisfied with both electricians, Luis and Roman. We’ve also used Patrick to replace two hot water heaters. They were very polite and friendly. We have been very satisfied with their work and knowledge! I will continue to use Patrick and recommend them highly! Not to forget the Lady who answers the phone to take your request. She’s very friendly and professional!

I called this date about ac not working the person that answerted the phone was niece told him he said as quick as txhey could come out and told me the price i said ok. the guys name was Cody very good person and treated me and my wife with respect because we are seniors

I discovered a leak from house to alley in evening, called and answering service patched me right through to Corey. He would have made service call that evening for a higher price, so turned the water off and waited until the next morning. He showed up bright and early the next morning in 35 degree weather and dug, found the leak and fixed it in a few hours. I went to work and paid over the phone to the office. So convenient and dependable. I will use them again and would recommend them

The property manager for the place we rent uses them for some reason. We have had to have them out 3 times in 4 months and they seem to tear up more than they fix. Still not sure how they damaged pipes and a drain in an upstairs bathroom while snaking a drain in the down stairs bathroom, but they did.

Patrick Heating & Air is a fantastic company. I don't know how they've managed to fill the company with awesome people but they have. From the person who answers the phone to the person who comes to do the work, they're all kind, friendly, and so helpful. They are my go-to company for anything HVAC or plumbing. I can't say enough great things about them.

Called Saturday morning to get someone out to replair our hot water heater. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful. She then got me in touch with the on call service technician and he was very rude and I could tell he didn’t want to come out on a Saturday to work. It was 9:00 in the morning when I called and he was asleep and said it would be several hours before he could get back with me. We went with another company who was more than happy to help us.
