Patrick heating & air conditioning

Patrick Heating and Air has been honest, professional, and quick to respond. We have used them over the last 15 years for various projects and have been extremely pleased with the knowledge of each technician. The technicians take their time to explain what the problem is and how they will fix it. There have been times they could have charged us much more than they did, but didn't because they are honest people. Thank you Patrick Services for maintaining a respectful reputation. I tell all my friends to call you when they need heating, air or plumbing service. You guys rock!!!!

We had a small plumbing emergency and had Ken come out. The system is an unusual one and Ken said up front he'd never fixed one but would take a look. 90 mins later, it was fixed and working fine! And a very reasonable price!! Thank you Ken and Patrick Plumbing for the last minute service!!

Wish I could give more than five stars. Ken came to our house after hours and had our plumbing back up and running within an hour. Super courteous and professional. Good to know there are still honest companies out there.

Had plumbing issues late at night about 9pm, called and they connected me to Jacob, he was here less than 15 minutes and took care of my issues all in about 30 minutes. Very polite and had a great attitude in the 29 degree weather. Thanks

We asked for a gas test and a sewer line camera. They called giving the results, and we asked for an estimate to fix. They said they would get the supervisor, Jason, out there to do that. We called repeatedly wanting the results and didn’t get a call back until a day and a half later. All to tell is they couldn’t even do it. Oh and they charged us for an hour the initial technician just sat in his truck.

When I had plumbing problems and electrical problems I called Patrick's heating and air and the office staff was so helpful and professional,and she scheduled the craftsman to come to my house,the craftsman came and got my plumbing unclogged and put in a new clean out pipe ,and when I had a hall light that didn't work the craftsman fixed it and fixed the light in the livingroom. They are professional and always prompt, I am very pleased with Patrick Heating and Air.

Can I give more than 5 stars?!?! Our AC went out last week and we had to replace the entire unit. All of the guys that came out were nothing but helpful. Made a bad situation tolerable. Office staff was extremely friendly as well. Not only did they fix everything, they even cleaned everything up before I got home. Great job all around. Will definitely be using them again!

I am composing this note for my elderly aunt. If there was a score of zero it would have been given. The communication, follow up for repeated issues and concerns for the heating unit. Well I can not use the words I would like to here to describe this service so I will leave this up to your imagination. Will never use this company again. Definitely would not recommend this company.

Was disappointed this time because the job was not finished and he had to come back to make sure the stopper worked and to stop leak. Always have been extremely satisfied before and it was a Thurs. to Mon wait.

Excellent time and service. I called at 2 and had a tech at my home within the hour. He came and went in an hour. Great people!
