I used Joe the plumber for a house inspection, by recommendation of a friend. Communicates effectively and always easy to reach. Answered all my questions and arrived promptly. Gave me the report in a timely manner and didn’t even charge me until after closing on my new home. Highly recommend this company and use them again if needed.

Heather and Joe Francis and their crew were courteous, professional, got the job done and at a reasonable price! Would highly recommend. They even will come in the middle of the night if you have a problem. Don’t know of any plumbing business that will do that!

If you need a plumber you can trust in Amarillo, look no further than Joe The Plumber. I've had two visits in the past two weeks and was blown away by customer service/guidance that Wil, Austin, Michael and Swayze provided on those two visits.

Both visits, all four employees shared the common trait: THEY LISTENED TO ME! Other plumbers I have worked with hear the request and respond with an upsell proposal that wasn't close to what I wanted.

All four guys we're understanding my requests, provided their suggestions to get the job done, did it quick/did it correct and were very affordable overall! Not to mention also incredibly courteous and polite.

No one ever wants to call the plumber, but when you do need one I assure you: start with the team at Joe's! You won't be disappointed.

Installed a new toilet and made other repairs. Came out very quickly after I called. Will did a great job and was very helpful.

I would give zero stars if I could. They came to our house for an “inspection”. They did their normal pressure test, but instead of turning the gas back into our home, he left EVERY SINGLE gas appliance off, and failed to inform us. He then unhooked the customer side of the gas meter and then DISCONNECTED the ATMOS side of the meter, that is not their responsibility or their call to disconnect from ATMOS side of the meter, and caused a massive gas leak, again not telling us that any of this was going on and goodness knows how much rain got into the line since it was completely disconnected . If there was any safety concerns the “plumber” should have called ATMOS to put a lock on our natural gas for where we had to call ATMOS to get it turned back on. After all this he told the sellers there was a gas Leak and quoted us $500 to fix it, for a quarter turn of a gas leak, but since he disconnected everything he was wanting more money to fix the things that he broke. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want to pay for an arm and a leg for mistakes they make.

ROCKY, is the absolute best person! Interactions with him are always so great. He doesn’t make working with a company or repair service dreadful. And it’s always a pleasant experience. 😊 will always request him for all my home plumbing/heating/water heater repairs. 1000% recommend him. Every time. And HEATHER, is an absolutely amazing person, fantastic landlord/property manager who understands life happens and will always have your back and work with you no matter what. Never worked with a better property management or plumbing company. Love them all! They are the best!

Had a clogged shower, called them out, they came out same day and had it unstopped within no time! Swayze and Keeven had great customer service. Highly Recommend! This is my second time to use them. I will use them again!

Joe's team, from top to bottom, are the most accomplished plumbing pros we have used. Heather is professional, yet completely personable, manning the calls and handling the scheduling. In this last instance of using JTP, we had backed up on one side of the house. They understood that our washing machine and dishwasher were very limited and were considerate to place us high on their list. Within 24 hours, JTP had crew at our home to scope the issue. They found collapsed pipe and made their plan. While doing so, they accessed our second line to the city that we had recently redone and found that this second line had come apart at the drop to the city. So, they added this repair into their estimate and gave us a timeline for the fixes. In two days, JTP - with Joe himself running the backhoe, had handled city needs, dug the holes, run the pipe, and had the first line brand new again, and the second line fully repaired and better than the previous plumber had left it. Ends up they held to their projected cost and blew away their time estimate. I will recommend Joe The Plumber to anyone needing plumbing. Joe and Heather, and their crew, are solid pros.
