Excellent service! They came sooner than expected and found the problem quickly. The technician had the parts on his truck and repaired it right away. Very courteous and professional, I highly recommend Amarillo AC!

The service guys came out on time and did a fantastic job. Explained everything that was needed and did the job with no problems. I feel that they went above and beyond expectations. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

My heating and AC system went out and Justin from Amarillo Air Conditioning came to the rescue! Justin was professional, efficient, and more than helpful in repairing a new blower motor. He even tuned up my heater for the winter during his repair. From 8pm until midnight he ensured my house was ready for winter. I’m more than happy with Justin’s prompt and knowledgeable repair.

Trey was amazing called Sunday morning with in 15 min of calling I was called back to confirm they would come out . Arrived quickly and started working . He mentioned a part needing to be replaced but would have to come out Monday morning but assured the issue would be fixed .Trey kept his word arrived at a timely manner and fixed our heater he is very respectful and knowledgeable . I will be referring to friends and family ! Thanks again Trey ! Amarillo air conditioning is the place to call !

I had an air conditioning condensation line backed up and water coming out of my overflow line. Called at 4:00 pm to see if I could get them to look at the issue for me, fully expecting it to be the next day. They sent Trey out the same day in about 20 minutes. He promptly took care of the issue and even checked the charge on the ac unit to make sure I was all good. I was very pleased with the service and amazed by the response time. Will definitely use them again with my future heating and air needs.

I called them and they had a service tech (Trey) there within 2 hours! He was about to find the issue and have it repaired and me back into cold air within another 2 hours! Trey was friendly and informative and is a credit to the industry! I appreciate him and all he did to get me back up and running!!

Trey did his usual great job. I’m very very pleased that we moved our AC business to Amarillo Air Conditioning. We have NEVER been disappointed with the service or the price. And Pam is a genuine delight to speak with on the phone!

This team went above and beyond for our family. We had an older unit that was not really working, and they were straight shooters when it came to what they discovered. Fortunately, they were able to install an entire new unit and new furnace (including electrical and pipe) in a single day! They were prompt and made sure we were properly taken care of. Justin, Justin, Eddie, and Trey all worked to make sure everything was in tip-top shape before they left. I highly recommend this team.
