Trey is a fantastic, responsive, service tech. He explained everything in a clear, concise, and thoughtful way. He did exactly what was needed to rectify our situation.

He serviced our AC unit last time when I was at work and he made my wife very comfortable and happy With his service, and he came when I was home this time and I am just as impressed. Their office/dispatcher was very friendly and concise as this was such an easy experience.

Overall we had a great experience with Trey. He has worked on my parents system at their house and now mine at my new house. If you’re looking for AC and Heating repair or replacement companies in Amarillo definitely give them a shot.

If you need a company after hours this is your place. They dispatched Justin right out after a couple hours and he was able to at least get our heat up and running. Trey came back out Monday to do a little more digging and diagnosed the main problem and presented a solution “all new vent pipe from system to roof”. They were very fair with the price and knew exactly what to do with even doing the install same day. We are ready for the “Arctic blast” this week and I appreciate it. Thanks guys!
