    Our heat went out over the weekend. We called Adams Air and we were contacted back very quickly. The owner Adam arrived and diagnosed the problem very fast and even brought us space heaters till he could get the part we needed on Monday. Adam installed the part promptly on Monday morning and tested everything to make sure it was working correctly. Thank you so much Adam from the Stone family.

    Capacitor went out on 5 year old unit, Adams installed and was told I had to wait 8 days before someone could look at it this equipment was installed by Adams and is under warranty Adams needs to fix this now and stand behind their work !!!!

    I noticed yesterday the floor boards were warped in front of my Heat/AC unit. I opened up the door and noticed water everywhere! I turned the AC up to 80 and called my Landlord (we are renting to own) I told him about the reviews I saw online about your company and he called. This afternoon, our call was moved up from 4 to 2p and Max showed up and got us up and running quickly. He was very kind and knowledgeable and fixed it in about 15 minutes. He also fixed the waterline so it won’t happen again. We were very pleased and will definitely call the next time we need Someone for HVAC issues. Thank you!

    My motor on my older heater broke. they found a replacement and had it fixed quickly. only HVAC I'll be using in Amarillo from now on.

    We noticed our A/C was blowing warm air around 945pm. My wife called Adam's around 10pm thinking we would just get an appointment or a call back for the next morning. She got the answering service and was told we should be getting a call from a tech within 30 minutes. About a minute later Max called and said he would come out right then. Not only was he there within 30 minutes, he got it fixed and working within about an hour. We expected the service fee to be high since it was after hours but it was the normal $75 fee. Adam's Air has been the easiest and friendliest company to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Max was very professional and represented his company very professionally.

    These guys are amazing. Ancient HVAC system went out on Friday. Called on Monday, they were ready to go on Tuesday. A blizzard hit and they still tried to get to us and gut stuck on our dirt road. Wed they were back and got the whole system installed same day. They cleaned up everything and even hauled our old system away. Everyone was on the job, and on task the whole time. Office staff was wonderful help especially April. Thank you Adam's Air Amarillo.

    I had a air conditioner break down the hottest week of the year so far. The lady scheduled an appointment very quickly and was very nice. The tech came out and repaired it wonderfully. The pricing was very reasonable.

    I’m so happy with my experience I could cry. We called out another company (won’t saw who) but it was not a good experience and the price quoted was astronomical. I called out Adams for a second opinion because I remembered we had a pleasant experience last august. Max came out next day and was so so nice from the minute we spoke. He was so wonderful at explaining things and giving me all my options. You could tell he knew it was an unexpected expense for us and didn’t want to overcharge us for anything we may not need right away. They were prompt and came out and got the job done quickly. Very satisfied with the work that was done. It’s such a relief knowing there are good local companies and people out there like them. Using them from here on out for any HVAC needs.

    We called Adams Air for a second opinion after another company said that our unit was low on freon and couldn't diagnose where the leak was coming from. We called that Friday and made an appointment the following Wednesday (understandable as its the beginning of Summer.) Wednesday we were greeted by Alex and he went straight to our indoor unit and found it frozen over. We powered down the unit and let it thaw. He came back later the same day and did maintenance/cleaning on our unit. He found no issues with the unit but found a clogged coil. We just bought this home and it apears that our unit was never serviced prior. It's no wonder the other company couldn't tell me where the leak was. There was no leak! I wish I would have just called these guys first. Thank you Alex and Adams Air. You just gained a lifetime customer, I know exactly who to call next time.
