The team was very professional in their communication and actual installation. They priced me very fairly as well. Louis, the technician who did my install, was very thorough in explaining his procedural steps and what I can expect after.

Really enjoyed this company from beginning to end. The office and crew were all polite and helpful. My crew was Robert, Jose, Shamar, and Antonio and they were all fantastic. From the office Amanda, and Denice we're great too. Jake was awesome through the entire experience. I would recommend this company and the staff without a doubt.

I am still in the process of gathering bids for my full plumbing remodel, so I can't speak yet to the quality of actual work done. However, I did want to say how impressed I've been so far with the communication, timeliness, and professionalism of everyone I've worked with at Team Enoch. Especially their dispatcher Tim and technician Preston. Preston was very knowledgeable, respectful, and worked with me to come up with solutions that could save us money due to the scope of our remodel. There were no hard sales tactics. After meeting with us past "normal" business hours, we also had a full estimate for the job by 9am the following morning. The price was very, very fair and whether I ultimately work with them or not I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends or family.

Team Enoch is a company who stands behind their work. In December 2020, I contracted them to install a pair of four-ton and two-ton Goodman HVAC and gas furnace systems. While the four-ton has been working flawlessly for the past 20 months, the smaller one has had refrigerant leaks. They have sent technicians to service that unit twice in the past two summers, but unfortunately the condenser gave in completely in August 2022. They honored the warranty and replaced the condenser with a brand new one the next day. All these services are free of charge. Great business practice.

Robert was awesome. He explained everything that he was doing. Great communication on arrival time and although they had to order the part still got it done within 2 days of initial service call.
