Darryl Francy is very professional, punctual . He returned the call promptly to schedule a walk through for our bid. He is very informed and up to date with the newest information on HVAC systems. His knowledge of insulation types as they pertain to our HVAC was very beneficial, as well as his knowledge of our wood burning stove as it relates to the entire house and the best HVAC unit to purchase. He also made sure we were informed of any manufacturers rebates and helped us register our HVAC unit on the internet to be sure our warranty information was correct. He and his crew made sure the dwelling was cleaned and picked up all cartons and wrapping. EXCELLENT ! Highly recommend if you need this type of service.

A life saver!!!! We have been without ac. Have that stupid home warranty that was pulling our leg. Called cutting edge. He came right out! Knew exactly what was wrong. Fixed the part ASAP. And was done! Reasonable pricing and friendly! Will be calling in November to get a schedule two year check on our home! They will be the ONLY air conditioning company touching our home!!! Fast response to my call, they came out and diagnosed the problem. Quickly ordered the needed parts to repair my A/C unit. Came back out replaced the fan, brought the unit back online. Now nothing back cool air and comfort. They have made me a customer for life! Thank you once again.

Fast, friendly, professional. You can't go wrong with Cutting Edge, they had to remove a large portion of my fence to get to a tree growing into the power lines. They had the tree down in no time and even cleaned up the area then helped me replace a couple of rotted pickets on the fence section they pulled down.

Our AC froze up and stopped cooling. I messaged Cutting Edge AC and he called me immediately!! And it was 11pm!!! He offered to come out that night but I told him it was okay. He came the next day and helped get us cool again.
