Chose them to replace the A/C system in our house based on other reviews, and glad we did. They were super fast and professional, and even the inspector that came after the install said the quality of their work was excellent. Highly recommend these folks for HVAC issues.

Darryl was fantastic. I had a unit stop cooling with a home inspection due the next day. He initially said it would be 3 days before getting to me but had a cancellation the day I called and made it out. Diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 min. COOL AGAIN!! THANKS!

I'd been having trouble getting my gas wall heater fixed as I am on a limited budget. Finally I went down the page on Google under gas wall furnace repair and was blessed to hit upon Cutting Edge Air. Darryl answered back after hours without me even leaving a call back message! He came by first thing the next morning. Was very professional and made me feel comfortable and was very kind. He fixed the problem in minutes!! He did some other touch ups on the unit and then said he wasn't going to even charge me!! I asked repeatedly if he was sure and he said yes. It was such a blessing. Called about a ac thermostat issue,came by same day and found problem was a loose door on attic unit left loose by another ac company in the past.found the problem and fixed it fast .I will call them again if I need anything.

Darryl came to our house well after normal business hours to ensure we were taken care of- there was no overtime fee for this. Our AC was not cooling and Darryl promptly fixed the issue at a reasonable price.

I have not experienced such wonderful customer service in a long, long time. Darryl Francy and his crew are truly a mixture of "good ol' boys", professional, passionate about what they do and make this look so easy. Knew every step to take, got down to business and cost was absolutely MORE than reasonable. They do business in an old fashioned respectful manner. There are not enough stars to recommend how much I loved them and their work.
