    We were very happy with Assurred Heating and Air and tech Billy who came out today and quickly restored our air conditioning by replacing a fan motor in our attic. Professional and courteous execution, and we were suddenly cool again. Many thanks to Billy and Assured!

    THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Brian Harris was quick and VERY accommodating. Our AC stopped blowing hot air when the outside temp was 95 degrees! He was very quick to address and fix the issue. We are extremely grateful! Definitely recommend this company!

    Tom and Thomas did a great job after our Trane unit bit the dust as they say. Thomas stood in the cold and worked his heart out to get us heat in our home. Can’t say enough about his work ethic and professional service. Well done guys.

    This company is terrible. We had to pay a service fee for someone to come out and check out our AC unit. All they did was add freon and that did not fix the problem. Now they want another service fee to come out again instead of fixing their first mistake. I should have read the reviews on here before allowing my HW to send this company. STAY AWAY!!!

    Thomas and Tim were great throughout the process. Answered my questions all along - before purchase of AC/Furnace, while waiting for unit to arrive, and at time of installation. Everything appears to be working. Good experience all around. Hopefully I am set for the next decade or two.

    Not impressed. Looked in my texts and had one saying they'd called, even though I had no missed calls. Call back and am told they can't get out to see us more than a week after we requested service, when they "supposedly" attempted to first contact us 2 days after the request was filed.

    If I could give zero stars I would!!! Unfortunately we are having to deal with this shisty company again because of our HWA. In September our compressor went out. That was a nightmare!!! We have 2 small children who sleep upstairs....early September in TN....can you imagine the heat?!?! It took 3 weeks to get anywhere with this company due to the fact that stuff just sits on their desk. Ok let's fast foward to roughly 7 months later. U guessed it....the same part went out again. It is 3 weeks today and we are still getting the run around and no one seems to want to do their job. Oh and to top it off we had to pay 100 again even though it was the same issue. Please believe the horrible reviews!!! Even if you have to pay extra, use a different company!!!!!!!

    Although it takes awhile to speak to someone and the company should hire someone to answerthe phones. The overall experience is why i gave them a 5 star. From speaking to kirstin to having conner the tech guy come out to our church. It was friendly and dependable. Great job, great company.

    The people at Assured saved me thousands of dollars. The technicians were both personable and professional and took the time to answer every question I had. I do recommend them and I will be using them again in the future.
