Very professional!! Excellent work. I could not be happier. The technician showed me every detail of my AC unit and explained what needed to be done. There was no hard sell. Only recommendations and the benefits that come with doing them. My unit is now performing way way better. The air is cleaner. Smells good and is removing more moisture out of the air. I highly highly recommend going with this company.

We have used Petitt Heating and Cooling for many years. We recently remodeled our home and added a new unit. The whole team is wonderful!! From the first call, to the installation, everyone is top notch. We also have a maintenance plan with them. We don't have to remember when to schedule our maintenance. We receive an email or a call to keep our unit running smoothly. This is important for our busy family. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

During a heat wave, they were here within an hour! The price was better than reasonable and I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan…which paid for in full, up front, and combined with the service call fee, repair, and part, was STILL less than I expected to pay to have it fixed. A++

I've been a customer of Petitt Heating and Cooling for more than 10 years. Mike and his crew have always done an excellent job keeping my home a/c unit working properly. Mike even came out last summer while we were out of town and fixed our A/C while we were on vacation. Brett was by last week and serviced the A/C unit to get it ready for the hot summer. With close friends traveling from out of town to visit this week, I was so worried when our AC unit stopped cooling. Logan diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed and running much faster than I expected. I had Petitt Heating & Cooling do a full tear out and replacement of my duct work and HVAC unit. Randy and his team did a stellar job. They were in and out in one day and were very professional and courteous with their work on the inside and outside. They cleaned up everything and left my property looking better than it did before they arrived. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Thank you to Petitt Heating and Cooling for helping to resolve a minor issue that had become a big problem. We had water backed up in the drain pipe and then a part outside failed, leaving us with no air on a very hot evening during the summer. They replied and served us both times within 30 minutes and completed the work and fixed the issue. They were polite, excellent and efficient.

My heating/cooling unit would not turn on and within 24 hours Brett Petitt was at my door. Great guy, courteous, and professional. I will definitely be using Petitt Heating & Cooling going forward for all my HVAC needs! Today was the first day we have reached 80+ degrees where I live and our AC wasn’t producing any cold air.
