They put a new ac unit on our house when our old one died in the high heat of the middle of summer almost 5 years ago. Since then we have used them for maintenance for everything, and any time an issue has come up (parts needing replacement etc) they have taken care of every single thing we have ever needed. They are extremely kind, they are prompt and professional, they are extremely thorough. I could not recommend them any more highly if I tried! :)

It’s hard to find service technicians they are honest and knowledgeable that show up when they say they will show up. They even run emergency calls on off hours. I have used Petitt many times. They were able to install a new system at my Mother in laws house the next day when a competitor wasn't even sending a person to give a quote until the next day. Had her with heat very promptly.
