Although they were booked up for the remaining few hours left in the day, they arrived first thing in the morning that next business day. Found the problem and corrected it in less than 30 min. Highly recommend and we will be using them in the future.

Excellent service, the technician was knowledgeable and fixed the problem almost immediately, didn’t dawdle or try to bill for extra work. It’s getting harder to find good tradesmen like that so I’d say he’s someone to keep around. If I’m ever asked who to recommend, I’d say to go with your people

Two men came here, Justin and Daniel. They were here to examine a leak under my house that had been discovered by a pest control tech. They checked on the problem and told me that I would be contacted later to schedule the time and the price to make the necessary repairs. They were friendly and accommodating. I talked to Daniel later in the day and he told me what it would cost. He also said I would be contacted early next week to schedule the time. So far 5 Stars is right. Thanks.

Mike and Tyler have helped fix multiple issues in bathrooms and kitchen and they are the best! Always a positive experience they explain exactly what the issue is and several options for solutions. They get the job done quick and have never had an issue after the fix the problem. I will always be requesting these guys for my repairs!

We didn’t use them for a repair because I called regarding a leak in the ceiling but no one was home in the upstairs unit. He waited for a while and made arrangements to come back but the people upstairs had already called another company. Ashton was super nice and went above and beyond in trying to help!

Mike & Tyler were very personable. They introduced their selves. Very friendly. I told them the problem we had with a leak in the master shower and showed them the water cut off valve. My wife showed them to the shower. They had our leak repaired in less than an hour. I have used 5 Star multiple times and have always been highly satisfied with their quality of work as well as the their personnel.

The guys were very informative about what the plumbing issue was and explained it very well. They were able to fix it the same day!
I will definitely use Five Star again!
