Been a repeat customer, but will not use again. Our AC went out on a Sunday and they scheduled a technician to come out the following day. Sounds great, right? Wrong. The technician didn’t make the appointment. That’s ok, I understand things happen. Moving forward, I talked to the technician directly MULTIPLE times, he rescheduled MULTIPLE times, and was a no show MULTIPLE times. That’s not ok. After 9 days of getting the runaround, I called the main office and was simply told “I don’t know what to tell you” followed by ”he’s been sick but he can come tomorrow”. While I hope he’s ok, I don’t want a sick person in my home. If you can’t do something, tell me, I’ll find someone else. Which I did.

Mr. David was courteous, polite, prompt, and honest when fixing our A/C. Incredible first experience with this company. Highly recommend for A/C needs!
