Over promises and under-performs. Difficult to reach after multiple missed appointments. He installed a whole house humidifier that has yet to work. Duane is a very nice man but unfortunately I cannot give a good rating after working with him enough to see a consistent pattern.

The owner came out for a routine HVAC checkup! M They were prompt and polite and were very knowledgeable about my unit. I will definitely recommend them to my clients, family, and friends!

Unprofessional. Doesn't ever answer the phone and doesn't show up on time to promised appointments. Took the day off to have services performed. It wasn't until I called around noon (I had a morning appt) then text him, did he bother to respond. Only then did he say it'll be the afternoon before he'd show up. I do not recommend this company.

Comfort Systems is amazing. They are all over our business and help us soo much. Great service and great pricing. Fair prices, clean work, great service!

They didn’t show up for the original appointment or the rescheduled appointment. I’ve been unable to reach them since then.
