Had one of your drivers try to run me off the road and then brake check me once I got behind them. Glad I recorded the whole thing! I will be getting in contact with management about the issue as well. Happened Wednesday, June 28. The driver was in truck T-233. Time 5:22pm.

I had natural gas shut-off valve (outside furnace) that had slight leaks. I texted the photo to the Total company before I made the appointment. The technician came on August 30, 2022. I want to give 3 feedbacks: (1) Overpriced: The technician put sealant outside on the top of the shut-off valve. Charged $224, including a diagnostic fee of $89 and a service fee of $135, while the actual work took a few minutes. The technician insisted that was their company’s policy. (2) Poor quality: the shut-off valve never stops leaking. See photos for details. (3) Poor customer service: I contacted their customer service. They could make another appointment but would charge the same diagnostic fee of $89 plus whatever applicable. I don’t want to pay the same problem twice. So, I’m finding a different company now. In the meantime, I’m disputing this transaction with my credit card company now for the reason of not meeting my expectation. This is the first time I ever disputed a credit card transaction after using credit cards for more than 20 years.

My five stars is for Clay. He is a great technician. Thank you for your great service! I use their service plan, I feel it is a good value if you get the right technician.

Total Group has repaired our heating system and later provided yearly maintenance on our HVAC system. I was impressed with their timely response and their reasonable prices. The technician was friendly and explained things very well. It is tough knowing who you can trust and provide quality work without treating you unfairly. I needed a new HVAC unit. After speaking with Clay McKinney and asking countless questions he was very professional and explained everything to me to where I understood. He went far beyond what I ever expected to get things done. I was very impressed with his hard work to make things fall into place. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. Thank you Mr. McKinney for everything you did. I appreciate it far more than words can express.

I have just sent an email with more details for everything. Thank you for reaching out, the service month I requested was on February, I was reassured by the tech that inspected the system, who was in a hurry to leave, that everything was working fine. And unfortunately, after 4 months I'm encountering the same issue. For how expensive the one time payment was, the service was beyond disappointing.

Don't trust this company, specially with your HVAC. There is a specific person that works on them. He is not an honest person. Thank God for ARS rescue rooter, my issue is resolved.

I called Total Group for assistance with my heat pump that was not properly heating my house while it was in the teens at night. Kassandra was super helpful and kept me up to date on scheduling. James came out to assess the unit and was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue and was able to repair the unit. I am super thankful for the professionalism and great customer service that I received from Total Group and will be using them going forward for maintenance and repair calls.
