He was very professional, and it was evident that he had a deep understanding of my HVAC system and with that was able to offer me valuable insight and guidance for my specific needs. Josh took the time to fully assess my basement considering factors like the square footage, insulation and airflow so that I could get the best performance and be energy efficient. My HVAC broke down with a baby in the middle of a Southern summer. Josh and his team responded quickly and not only completely understood the situation that I was in but responded in kind. Josh went above and beyond to provide services that I did not expect of an HVAC provider including relaying back and forth with my warranty company and followup conversations. Josh and his team are professional, reliable and honest. I'd happily recommend Josh.

My heater stopped working in the middle of the winter. Thankfully I have a home warranty and submitted a request for service through them. I couldn't be more satisfied that they sent Josh with Affordable Heating and Cooling. Even though it was after hours, he called me within minutes of submitting the request. He came as soon as possible to check out my unit. He made a quick initial repair and even agreed to install a new smart thermostat for me while he was there. After he left, the problem kept occurring. Even though it was New Years Eve, Josh came back out to check on the unit and look for other problems. He ended up having to come back several times, but he was always prompt, polite, and communicative. Once it was all finished, he called me to check and make sure there weren't any other issues. I was really grateful for Josh's care, concern, and commitment to making sure our heat was working in 30 degree weather.

However, I found Josh Moss and Affordable Heating and Cooling through a mutual connection. He was prompt in his response, professional, and gave me all of the information I needed up front. Josh and his team were early to the appointment (which was perfect), professional, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order and his pricing was fair (the other companies I was dealing with were price gouging me). Incredible customer service, he sent photos of the before and after, was available when I had questions, and I just knew he was the right person for the job. Our downstairs AC thermostat kept giving an error that it was not receiving any power therefore could not work. We contacted Josh Sunday afternoon explaining the situation and he was out to the house the next morning. After a little investigation he determined it was the transformer. He had the part in his truck and swapped it out right then. We were back up and running quickly! Among other things, he takes Venmo for payment which is a huge plus for our busy family. I know our unit is on it's last leg and when the time comes to fully replace it we will call Josh to do the work.
