Very professional. His team came in and got the job done. Ice storm damaged my entire HVAC system. They replaced my entire system in one day and my home has been cool ever since in 100 degree Memphis weather.

I live in a very small town in Arkansas and PMS came to my home and assessed my cooling system and I was given the chose of letting them work on the unit and get it up to part or get a new one. I told them that my system was old and that I wanted everything replaced heat, air and the A coil. They came out and took care of me.
