Dustin came over right away when he was aware our air wasn’t working like it should, he was knowledgeable about what was wrong and fixed it right away. Thanks now we are back to enjoying our cool air. Great price and professional. Definitely recommend.

These guys are wonderful. Called them at 3:45pm on a Thursday because one of my AC units wasn’t working and they were at my house soon after…..the same day!! They found the problem quickly and addressed it.

Kaiser was very responsive and communicative, came to see us the day we called, and was on time for the initial and all follow up visits. We had an issue with noise from our heating system and they came and diagnosed the issue and had a solution and replaced a blower in our heater. However, it didn't fix the issue, so they very quickly came back, found the real cause, fixed it, and refunded the initial money we paid. Excellent service.

Kaiser has been incredible. During the summer they cam and fixed both AC units AND cleaned them after a prior company botched the job. On top of that, this winter, when we discovered one heater wasn't running and another stopped working, Kaiser was prompt and solved all issues. Kaiser is fast, efficient, and a great company/family. I would recommend to anyone looking for efficient, affordable, and quality service.
