Since our air conditioner was broken, I called Pearson Heating & Cooling Company and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Brian arrived on time, just at the start of the time frame we were given. Brian was friendly and courteous, and he made sure we knew what he was doing. Brian swiftly resolved the issue and discussed how to keep our air conditioner in good working order. Brian went above and beyond for us, and we will absolutely use Pearson for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future.

Matt (the technician) visited a few weeks ago to perform routine heating maintenance. He was informative and polite, and he answered all of our concerns and described our alternatives for repairing or replacing a furnace humidifier that was not working. We called him back to install a new humidifier after he answered all of our inquiries. Matt came back and finished the new installment in a matter of hours. It has been a pleasure to deal with both the office and technician staff.

Pearson Heating & Cooling Company sent Jeff to inspect my furnace. He carefully answered all of my concerns and provided a professional diagnosis. The estimate was free, and he was able to pinpoint the source of the problem and quickly resolve it. Based on my previous experience, I would absolutely consider them for any future projects.

Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. technicians are very professional and reliable.I them and they were able to send out a technician within a few hours to work on my heat pump. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly ,explained the situation to me,and make the necessary repairs. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
