Quick response and arrived in a timely manner. Replaced the heating element on my Samsung dryer and also found a small part that needed to be replaced which he had readily available. Reasonably priced and had my dryer back running in less than 30 minutes. It took me hours to make this review because I have been washing and drying clothes since you left lol. Thanks Johnathan!

I would usually call Jonathan to put freon in my air unit. I called him to cancel it because I had a problem with my plumbing and he said; You know I do plumbing too. The problem was minor and I gave him $170, I expected Johnathan to say; that's too much, but he did not. He took the tank off and put a gasket under the bottom, Quote-Unquote. I called Johnathon and told him my toilet was making a flushing sound and the shut-off all day. Jonathan said he would be at my home in a couple of hours and I never heard from Johnathan since. I texted, no respond I called answering machine, I called today 2/25/2023, no answer, I called a Plumber and he told me te problem and didn't understand how Johnathan didn't see it, I guess it was the over payment. this guy took me to Lowe's to ge parts and came back, took my tank off, I don't want tp say what he did, learn on your own. This gentleman charged me $30, he said he felt sorry for me. I am on SSDI and he made it easier for me, I am smiling again. I received a letter from MLG&W saying I was using too much water and if I had a leak.

Jonathan is the mf truth. Had an issue with my refrigerator. He diagnosed it. Told me what it could be. Gave me an estimate and took care of business. He got my fridge and freezer back operational in less that 60 mins. Lord know how hard it is to give black business owners their just do. Well he didn’t provide excellent service because he is black. He provided exceptionally service because he knew what tf he was doing. Thank you!!!!!!

Contacted Johnathan for repairs on a dryer. He was responsive, efficient, and exceeded what we asked for. Would definitely recommend.

Our fridge was blowing warm air so we called him. He was right on time, checked it out and fix it in less than 30 min. Good price and we are good to go now!

Called him, he was supposed to show up at 5pm,,,no show,,,called him at 6pm to get an update on if he was still coming or not,,,he stated that he was still coming, and that he got held up with a customer and would be on the way as soon as he finished with that customer,,,ultimately still a no show,,,no call..can't count on a person that does business like that

Jonathan was very professional and efficient in fixing my heating element on my Samsung dryer. The price paid was fair and I thank him for getting my dryer in working order the very next day! He had the element in stock and there was no waiting to order any parts. He definitely knows what he's doing and explains what happened. If you need a repair person this is the business to call.
