Never returned my call. Was told they were coming to my house in a few hours and I took off work all day. My central ac wasn't working so I called them as my retired HVAC guy referred me to them. I know I wasn't on their regular schedule but they told me they'd be over in a few hours. Then I never heard back. Took off work the following day thinking maybe they would show in the morning, nothing. No call nothing. Called another company Air doctors of Memphis they came over in a few hours the following day. But that cost me 3 days off of work. Just a phone call from Rushing telling me " no, there's no way we could fit you in" ... I would have been fine with that rather than lose 2 days of income (I'm self employed).

Do not use these guys will charge alot ofoney you basically will be ripped off also they are not professional and will use racist remarks towards anyone so I would honestly would not use the they have a fella name Tony and John Parker and Jeff those 3 guys are very horrible business. Men and bbb will also be contacted but don't work for them

just warning they will not pay you correct and will cheat you I would never refer them so just letting the city now what they are about cheating and stealing
from customers
