So very helpful to check the vents to the heating system! I recently purchased this house and was told by an insurance adjuster that they were not connected. The technician took pictures to show me exactly what the situation was with the vents.

I was provided a window of time from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for a preventive AC Tuneup. I received a text and then a minute later a call at 11:17 a.m. letting me know that my technician Austin was on his way. He let me know that he should arrive about 15 minutes later at 11:30 a.m.

Austin was very professional, wearing a mask and donning foot covers when entering the house. He performed tests and answered my questions along the way. He determined everything was in good working order except the condensers were overfilled which could cause some performance problems on especially hot days. Austin also cleaned the coils ensuring the best efficiency for this upcoming Memphis summer. Highly recommended!
