In addition to the office support, the owners understand what customer service is; all the way from themselves to to team showing up right on time with a courtesy call.

Most importantly…the level of attention to detail from the initial visit to clean up is top of the line. After the crew left, I started to crawl into the same places most wouldn’t and the connections were perfect and couldn’t be happier.

Lastly when looking for a contractor or HVAC specialist, honesty is a difficult trait to find. Austin was extremely helpful in addressing the initial call and made mention of the condition of my system was good. There are some items that “could” need to be addressed down the road. I appreciate the honesty of the could vs should need to be replaced/repaired.

I will not call anyone else for my family’s HVAC needs. Neither should you. Thanks to Robin, Austin, Bud, Zach, and the whole crew.

They responded within a 24 hour time frame from initial claim. They kept the date given for service to come and the time of arrival was superb. Technician was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about what to do about the problem. After service given he came in to give a summary of what the problem was, what he did to fix it and what to expect from procedure given and to call or contact them if more problem arise. He emailed me details of the work done today with summary and pictures. I am very pleased of how the problem was handled from beginning to end. Thank you for a job well done.

Called theses guys due to AC went out the day before. Spoke with technician and he found a way to get us in on an already full schedule, just to avoid me having to figure out how to get off from work the next day to meet for repair. That alone was great but, he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable!! I never had a specific HVAC company I went with but I honestly plan to stick with these guys whenever I need any HVAC work. Our technician was Zack and he is a great asset to there company!!! My family is grateful to B&A because of him.
