Zack and Drew were great! I’ve had problems in the past with companies coming out just to up sale and not clean or inspect my unit. I’m aware that my unit is old but I don’t have the funds right now to upgrade it. They came in clean and checked my system didn’t once try to up sale me. They did offer services to clean and maintain what I have. Would definitely recommend!

Had two guys from here stop by to fix my AC. One was named Drew. Both were so nice and fixed my AC in under 20 min. So satisfied with their customer service including Robin who is the receptionist. Overall, very satisfied with their customer service.

I contacted Gold Standard for a mini split install. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and showed respect for my home. I felt comfortable with their recommendations and install. They honor the contract and most importantly show up at the scheduled time. I would definitely use this company again.

I originally left 3 stars because I felt communication was lacking with an upgrade program from them through AHS. However, they promptly reached out and provided a satisfactory explanation that completely fits with some of my past "experiences" with AHS. I do not believe that the original issue was their fault. And as my previous review stated, the initial contact, scheduling and bid process was smooth. I'll keep them in mind for future HVAC issues when AHS isn't in control. Great service recovery. They made the necessary evil of dealing with AHS bearable in this instance. Thanks!

Great people/company to work with! We had a very involved full system replacement along with damper system install, and they did such thorough, quality work! Highly recommend!
