The technicians called about 30 minutes before they arrived and went straight to work. Both my units were repaired and cooling again in less than an hour. Technician was professional and friendly.. I recommend this company.

Very pleased with B&A. Was introduced to them thru AHS for Spring maintenance of my AC unit. There were a few parts that needed to be replaced so I had to set up another service call thru AHS. I asked for B&A since I had a good experience with them. Would definitely recommend them to someone needing HVAC work.

Originally got B&A HVAC assigned from my home warranty company two months ago, and they did a great job repairing our system. This time, we had some non-functional ductwork, and the warranty company wouldn't cover it. After a couple of folks who didn't seem up to the task, I called B&A. They were very responsive and exceptionally professional. Found some disconnected ducts, repaired them, and reinforced a couple of others that were similarly attached. Super professional and competent, and they were very reasonable on rates(I had visions of lots of money coming out, but this was easy and just cost us a service fee...even if it wasn't, the rates they quoted were far more reasonable than I was expecting had the damage been more severe). I plan to use them for my annual inspection needs and will use them exclusively for anything my warranty company won't cover. Hard for me to say enough good things about them. Highly recommended.

B & A was the only company willing to come out within the 24 to 48 hours i was promised for service. They were very profeesional and helpful. They explained everything to me that they did.

We are a new B & A HVAC commercial customer with roof units. They were not our regular HVAC repair company, but they are NOW! B & A showed up to diagnose the problem when promised, provided the estimate when promised - and it was VERY reasonable, and completed the work ahead of schedule. B & A are the best! We got estimates from five Local to Memphis companies and they were the most professional and the most affordable. They redid everything in two days and were very polite the whole time. Our house is cool and comfortable now! Plus our electric bill went way down with the new equipment they put in.

Memphis is cold… both extremes are when things that shouldn’t break stop or blow up usually do… B and A (Bud/Austin) sometimes come out and do it themselves.. high professionalism.. Ms Robin runs the show and runs a tight ship.. honest answers, timely answers, fast and knows the business with respecting the time of the customer..
