Billy with Brown Refrigeration performed my fall furnace tune up this morning. He was not only thorough, he patiently took the time and effort to go the extra mile, answer my many questions and educate me on my furnace/HVAC system and water heater. I highly recommend him and Brown Refrigeration.

Had to replace my upstairs a/c that was dead. Called Brown Refrigeration and Larry came out and gave us a quote to upgrade to a 3 ton system. Unlike the previous company I had dealt with, he was honest, and up front about everything. He gave us 3 options and explained them well. Alex, CJ, and John installed my system and were very professional and courteous during the process. They took care to protect my hardwood floors from damage and cleaned up everything when they were done. They even installed a vibration pad underneath the unit to minimize noise as it is in the attic. I am very happy with every part of the process and the fact that I have a 2 year labor warranty. I will only use Brown Refrigeration, and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Larry, Alex, CJ, and John.

I have used Brown Refrigeration for over 20 years. I enjoyed the professionalism and personality of JR for years and thought that once he retired I would never get the same level of service. I was wrong, Cole picked up where JR left off and the team that Larry Brown has now continues to raise the bar in expertise and friendliness. From the receptionist/schedulers, CJ and today's technician John, you will not find a better group of workers. I know these individuals through the annual spring and fall maintenance checkups and credit them with minimal problems over the years. They are a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them for honesty, professionalism and integrity.

I had Brown Refrigeration completely gut my old R22 units and coils as well as remove my circa 1997 furnaces.
We spoke with the company and decided to install 2 Trane units with 410a coolant, coils, new furnaces, all new electrical, new pans and drain lines, and new thermostats.
In my opinion, this was a big job.
The installers and techs were right on time both days. They were exceptionally polite and worked non-stop through the entire install.
The precision installation looks beautiful. I can not imagine an install looking more professional.
This company is the best of the best.

Our technician, John Casby, was great! He was super helpful and got our units working again! Definitely ask for him when you call!

1st: I have tried them two diffrent business and neither one of them got to fixed. 1st one had conpresor out on sandwhich unit quating me at $4400 to replace compressor by it self but brand new entire sandwich bar cost me at $3100.

2nd: called in for waling cooler and same result quating me replacement stuff around 3k where other service person could fix it for $450.

Seems like they’re out for replacement not for repair especially for busiensses. They may be good for residential looking at their reviews but would not suggest.

We have been using Brown Refrigeration for 10 plus years. Not only have they been maintaining our HVAC system for years, they also replaced our old system when it quit. The staff is always professional and answers any questions we might have. During our most recent routine maintenance visit, technician John Casby was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.
